I'm hoping to convert this barn to a house and studio. It is situated in west Cornwall, on the farm where I grew up. In the process of clearing it out and thinking about the changes that will be made to it, I have become increasingly intersted in its surfaces, materials and structure as it is now - before it changes into something new. (If I succeed in getting Planning Permission)
